Responsibilities include procedure development, progress monitoring, and technical interface between construction and marine personnel. A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Naval, or Offshore Engineering and a minimum of 3 years' offshore Oil & Gas construction experience are required. Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is essential.
