Experienced Deck Officers with 1st-3rd Class Certificates of Competency are sought for service on coastal tankers or chemical tankers. Candidates must possess a GMDSS (General Operator's Certificate), hazardous materials handling certification (oil/chemical), and at least three years of relevant tanker experience. Proficiency in PC-based document creation is also required.
