A Lead Server position is available on specialty restaurant operations onboard ocean cruise ships. The contract duration is 6–7 months, with approximately 2 months of home leave. The salary package includes a USD 1,400 base monthly guarantee plus USD 1,500–2,000 in gratuities per month, depending on the ship. This role requires previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience, strong food and beverage knowledge, excellent guest service and communication skills, and the ability to lead a service team in a fast-paced environment.
