A Chief Officer is sought for a busy dual season 40m+ private/charter motor yacht. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on deck work including watersports and maintenance, and excellent communication skills. A proactive attitude, safety focus, and confidence with navigation and bridge administration are essential. Previous experience with excellent references and career longevity is required. Joining date is September 26th with a 3:1 rotation.
