Seeking a 2nd Engineer / Assistant Engineer to support the Chief Engineer on offshore vessels. Responsibilities include executing maintenance, monitoring machinery performance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with SOLAS/MARPOL/ISM. Requires STCW III/1, HND/B.Eng, and 3–5 years of offshore vessel experience with PMS knowledge.
