We are doing Crew Management for 16 vessels comprising of Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers and Bulk Carriers. Budgets are either Lump-sum or as per monthly Variance. BIMCO agreement is followed.
Presently the seafarer’s pool strength is 1000.
Seafarers: Presently the seafarer’s pool strength is 1000. 85% from India, 15% from Myanmar/ Bangladesh/Pakistan/ Russia/ Ukraine.
Operations: We work on rotation plan for 12 months for each vessel. It is sent to Principals and vessel is updated every month on relief plan.
