SupportStar as a NaviCom edition
Our sector “Navigation and Communication” required a support system in order to be able to handle all support requests in an efficient way and to register the entire navigation- and communication equipment. Various MS excel tables very soon reached their limit and therefore “SupportStar Navicom edition” as office module was created.

Amongst other features we are offering a planned maintenance equipment for navigation- and communication, which guarantees a proactive planning of the worldwide sparepart supply of our fleet. This implies amongst other things:
overview over the entire equipment
Management of claims histories
Control of warranty timebars
Control of all maintenance- and survey intervals, such as radiosurveys, annual performance tests of voyage-data-recorder, gyrocompass
Execution or coordination of services
Organizing of certificates
Keeping records of all supplies and services per vessel
The NaviCom edition contains equipment lists with reminder information which is processed by email. This reminder system keeps an update on all upcoming repairs, surveys etc. on board. All respective data can then be analyzed and journalized accordingly.
