Aurora Completes Private Placement

Aurora Leo (former Mill Reef)The company also announced that the conditions for completion of the previously announced private placement have been met, i.a. execution of corporate resolutions, execution of the purchase contract for the second hand vessel, soft commitment for bank financing.
The size of the private placement is approx $50 million at a subscription price of NOK 47 per share (in total 6.388,811 new ordinary shares). Following the private placement, the company now has 29.678.379 issued shares.
Aurora currently has four units under construction at HHI and has options for additional two + two vessels with delivery from May 2016 at $76 million.
