Bulker Zhen Bang Arrested in Singapore zoomIllustration; Image Courtesy: Diana A Panamax bulk carrier has been detained in Singapore waters, Supreme Court of Singapores data shows. The 79,400 dwt Zhen Bang, operated by Grand China Logistics, was arrested at around 11:00 A.M on July 12, 2017. The reason for the bulkers detention was not disclosed. Focal Investigation & Security Agency has been appointed for security and investigation purposes related to the arrest of Zhen Bang, which was built at Chinas Jinhai Heavy Industry shipyard in 2015. Market value of the Hong Kong-flagged ship currently stands at USD 17.48 million, according to information provided by VesselsValue.
