The S13 sponson, which was the first to had been installed on the Concordia wreck within its refloating plan, collapsed last week having lost balance due to the movement of internal water within the sponson.
The sponson has been damaged in the process.
Minor damages were also detected in the adjacent sponson (S12), caused by the sponson S13 during its rotation.
