The gross charter rate for the 2010-built, 82,117 dwt Kamsarmax Myrsini is USD 8,250 per day minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a period of ten to fourteen months, starting February 15, 2015. The 2002-built, 164,218 dwt Capesize Norfolk will bring the company USD 10,250 per day minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a period of thirteen seventeen months, starting February 26, 2015. In total the employments of Myrsini and Norfolk are anticipated to generate approximately USD 6.47 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter extensions.
