Diana Sends Panamax on Charter with Nidera Diana Shipping Greek dry bulk shipping company Diana Shipping has entered into a time charter contract with Nidera S.P.A., Roma, for one of its Panamax vessels, the M/V Oceanis.  The gross charter rate is USD 5,200 per day for a period of minimum nine months to maximum eleven months. The charter started on June 30. The employment of the 75,211 dwt vessel is anticipated to generate around USD 1.4 million of gross revenue for the minimum scheduled period of the time charter. The 2001-built M/V Oceanis was previously deployed under a time charter contract with Geneva-based Bunge S.A. at a gross rate of USD 6,750 per day.
