DNVPS Develops Water Quality Monitoring Programme
To help ship owners and operators comply with the requirement of being certified at intervals of at least once within six months and to ensure high quality drinking water standards, DNV Petroleum Services (DNVPS) has developed a Water Quality Monitoring programme.
It leverages our global network of ISO 17025 accredited and specialised laboratories, experienced testing and inspection staff, and includes sample collection, sample transportation, a chemical and microbiological analysis available the next working day – which is compliant with World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, the company said in a press release.
This programme has been rolled in Rotterdam, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Singapore and Houston.
