Euroseas Sells Boxship for Scrap zoom Greek owner and operator of dry bulk and container ships Euroseas Ltd. has sold a 1990-built container ship for recycling. The 2,228 TEU Tiger Bridge was sold to an unnamed third party. The Tiger Bridge will be delivered for scrapping by November 16. The boxship completed its USD 7,500 a day time charter on October 15. Euroseas has two  more 1990-built container ships in its fleet. The 1,932 TEU Despina P is currently on a USD 9,500 a day time charter which is scheduled to run until November 2015. The 1,169 TEU Ninos is set to bring the company USD 11,500 per day until July 2016.
