First LNG Cargo Sails to Świnoujście LNG Terminal

zoom Polish LNG terminal in Świnoujście is expecting its first supply of liquid natural gas to be delivered mid December. The Q-Flex LNG tanker vessel Al Nuaman was loaded in the Qatari port of Ras Laffan on November 19th 2015, and is expected to reach the terminal on December 11th or 12th. The first delivery of liquid natural gas, handled by LNG producer and operator of LNG carriers Qatargas, will be used in the commissioning and cool-down of the Świnoujście terminal. The contract was signed in September 2015 by Polskie LNG and Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA, which serves as an intermediary for the purposes of LNG supplies to the terminal.
