Frontline Ltd to Delist from London Stock Exchange zoom John Fredriksens oil tanker shipping company Frontline Ltd. has requested the UK Listing Authority to delist the company from London Stock Exchange with effect from the opening of the market on November 2, 2015. Frontline has asked the UKLA to cancel the listing of all of its ordinary shares of USD 1 each listed on the standard listing segment of the official list of the UKLA and admitted to trading on London Stock Exchanges main market for listed securities. The company believes that, given the limited liquidity of the ordinary shares, the costs and administrative burden of maintaining the listing on the official list and admission to trading on the main market are disproportionate to the benefits thereof. Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the companys ordinary shares on the main market will be October 30, 2015.
