Golden Energy Enters Long Term Charter Agreement for PSV Energy Swan

Golden Energy Offshore has entered into a long term charter agreement with Wintershall Norge AS for PSV Energy Swan.
Wintershall Norge will hire PSV Energy Swan on a 4 year firm contract. Upon expiration of the firm part of the contract Wintershall will have four one-year options to extend the deal.
PSV Energy Swan, the 2005 built large size PSV of ST 216 L design, will commenced the contract in September 2013.
