Iver Ships to Sell Tanker Pair
Iver Ships Dutch shipping company Iver Ships, part of Vroon, has decided to dispose of Iver Example and Iver Express, its MR2 tankers, VesselsValues data shows. Iver Ships entered into sub-sale agreements with an undisclosed buyer on April 27. Once the sale is completed, the 46,800 dwt ships will be sold for USD 15.6 million each. Built at South Korean Hyundai Mipo shipyard in 2007, each of the two 52,900 cbm chemical/product tankers features a length of 183 meters and a width of 32 meters. Following the sale, Iver Ships fleet will comprise 14 asphalt/bitumen tankers and 9 product/chemical tankers, according to the companys data. World Maritime News Staff
