MetOcean Adds Two to MarketingTeam

MetOcean appointed Emily MacPherson and Laura Squires to its Sales and Marketing team.

Emily MacPherson brings over ten years of brand marketing and sales experience to MetOcean. Within her role, Emily MacPherson will be responsible for the expanding buoy and profiler product portfolio and brand marketing and advertising for the company.  Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Communications and a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a Major in Marketing and Economics. Emily has over nine years of experience in the environmental and oceanographic field which makes her a key edition to buoy and profiler group.    

Laura Squires joins the MetOcean’s Sales and Marketing department, and is responsible for the tracking and locating product line and the coordination of internal sales logistics. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Major in Computing and Information Systems and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Saint Mary’s University. Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Laura now calls Halifax, Nova Scotia home.
