Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn Bhd, a 100% owned subsidiary of the Nam Cheong Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Nam Cheong Pioneer Sdn Bhd (Nam Cheong Pioneer) in Malaysia.
Nam Cheong Pioneer is a private limited liability company incorporated under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965 on 5 August 2013, with an issued paid-up capital of RM2 .00.
The above investment was funded from the Company ’s internal resources. The intended principal activities of Nam Cheong Pioneer are investment holding, sale and purchase of vessels, provision of services for vessels, shipping operations and any other business activities related thereto.
