Royal IHC to Build Reel-Lay Vessel for Subsea 7

Royal IHC Dutch shipbuilder Royal IHC has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Subsea 7 S.A. for the construction of a new reel-lay vessel and associated pipe lay equipment.
