Safe Bulkers, Eagle Bulk Added to Russell 3000 Index

Safe Bulkers Dry bulk shipping companies Safe Bulkers and Eagle Bulk Shipping have been added to the Russell 3000 Index as part of Russell indexes annual reconstitution.
