Scorpio Tankers Fixes Three for Three

zoom Monaco-based tanker owner Scorpio Tankers has entered into time charter-out agreements with undisclosed clients for two ice class, medium-range oil/chemical tankers, and one long-range crude oil tanker. Scorpio chartered out the 2015-built, 52,000 dwt STI Westminster for a period of three years at USD 20,500 per day. The 2015-built, 52,000 dwt STI Nothing Hill was chartered out for the identical time period and daily rate. Charters for both MRs are expected to start in December 2015. The 2015-built LR2 STI Rose has been fixed for the next three years at USD 28,000 per day. The 109,999 dwt crude oil tanker will start its charter in the first quarter of 2016.
