Seaenergy Maritime Adds Another Secondhand Bulker zoom Athens-based dry bulk shipping company Seanergy Maritime Holdings has taken delivery of the second of seven secondhand bulkers, a 56,819 dwt Supramax, and renamed it to M/V Gladiatorship. The 2010-built bulker was built by CSC Jinling Shipyard and has been employed in the spot market. The acquisition cost of the M/V Gladiatorship has been funded by a senior secured loan agreement and by a funding arrangement with the company’s sponsor. The M/V Gladiatorship is the second of seven secondhand dry bulk vessels that the company had agreed to acquire for a gross purchase price of approximately USD 183 million. The first secondhand bulker the 170,024 dwt Capesize M/V Premiership was added to Seanergys fleet back in September. The acquisition of the remaining vessels is expected to be completed by November 30, 2015.
