Thenamaris Suezmax Goes to Elisburg Shipping

Shipspotting Greek ship manager Thenamaris has sold its Suezmax tanker Seatriumph for USD 31 million to Cyprus-based Elisburg Shipping, according to data provided by VesselsValue. The vessel, which was sold on May 5, will be used for oil storage purposes by oil shipping company CJSC Rosnefteflot. A five-year time charter contract at USD 24,000 per day contributed to the overall price of the deal. The 149,900 dwt Seatriumph features a length of 274 meters long and a width of 50 meters. The tanker was built by South Koreas shipbuilder Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries in 2002.
