Transocean Maritime Linked to Bulker Duo Order

As indicated, the 82,000 dwt newbuildings are priced at USD 24 million each. The first ship from the batch is scheduled for delivery in 2018, while the second one should join the companys fleet in 2019. The shipowner has a fleet comprised of 18 bulk carriers, according to its website, featuring over 1.5 million in dwt. The Transocean group was founded by Guenther Neunhoeffer in the early 1960’s.
