Trident Challenger Put Up for Auction in Singapore Shipspotting The 2010-built bulk carrier Trident Challenger, which was arrested in early September, has been put up for auction in Singapore, according to data provided by the Supreme Court of Singapore. The closing date for bids for the 56,543 dwt bulker, managed by Greek shipping firm Marine Managers Limited, is December 8 at 3.00 pm. The Supreme Court informed that the net value of bunkers on board the 190-meter-long bulk carrier is SGD 218,535 which is excluded from the sale, and have to be paid by the purchaser. The 33,044 gross ton ship is currently at Eastern Bunkering B Anchorage in Singapore. According to data provided by VesselsValue, the market value of Trident Challenger stands at USD 9.4 million.
