Wan Hai, K Line Work Together on South-East Asia Service Wan Hai Lines Taiwanese container carrier Wan Hai Lines and Japan-based Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line) are planning to add coverage in the south-east Asia network with Thailand-Belawan Service (TBS), starting from January 7, 2017. The service, which will be jointly operated by the two companies, will offer a direct link between Thailand and Belawan. A total of two containerships with effective capacity of 1,400 TEU will be deployed on the route. Wan Hai and K Line will provide one vessel each. The Thailand-Belawan Service will be a 14-day fixed round trip schedule, according to Wan Hai. The service will have the following port rotation: Bangkok – Laem Chabang – Singapore – Port Klang North Port – Belawan – Singapore – Laem Chabang – Bangkok.
