AMRB is listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 20 July 2006. To-date, AMRB and its subsidiaries ("Alam Maritim Group") is an established owner and operator of 38 offshore support vessels (OSVs) , making it among the largest owner of Malaysian-flagged OSVs in term of tonnage in Malaysia.

The business of the Group is being undertaken by its wholly owned and associated companies throughout the region.

Alam Maritim Resources Berhad ("AMRB") business commenced in 1998 when Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMRB first started its operation as a ship operator and manager for third party offshore support vessels in Asian countries.

Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd (AMSB)

Incorporated on 15th July 1996, Alam Maritim (M) Sdn Bhd (AMSB) was formed as part of the company's aspiration in strengthening its presence in the global oil and gas industry. AMSB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alam Maritim Resources Berhad (AMRB).The main activity of AMSB is to provide ship owning, ship managing and chartering services to the company or third parties involved in oil and gas industry.

Workboat International DMCCO

Workboat International DMCCO ("WBI") was incorporated on 3rd March 2005. This 60% subsidiary of the Alam Maritim (L) Inc, is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirate (UAE). The principle activity of WBI is to provide ship manager, ship operating and marine consultancy services in oil and gas industry.

TH Alam Management (M) Sdn Bhd

In 2009, Alam Maritim (L) Inc ("AMLI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alam Maritim Resources Berhad signed joint venture agreement with Lembaga Tabung Haji, to jointly finance , own and operate six vessels comprising four anchor handling and tug supply vessel (AHTS) and two accommodation vessels, equipped with high-technology, which supporting deeper water exploration capabilities.Under the said agreement, TH Alam Management (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 4th May 2010 of which AMLI owned 50% stake leaving the balance owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji. Currently, TH Alam is principally involved in ship management and consultancy services in oil and gas industry.
