AMAS Maritime Service GmbH(AMAS),founded in 2008, is an enthusiastic and customer orientated maritime service company with primary focuses on crew manning and crew management for international ship owners. AMAS is a joint venture company run by German and Chinese. The headquarter is located in Hamburg, Germany. Our clients spread wide across the European, mainly in Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Switzerland, Greece and Italy. In order to provide value added services to our clients and seafarers, we have set up branches and offices in Shanghai and Dalian, China.

AMAS has healthy long term co-operation with a number of professional government agencies of in China. We are currently having nearly 1000 seafarers serving in the European market. The majority of our seamen are sourced from China. Seafarers with different nationalities could also be provided if required by the ship owners via AMAS tailored services.

We have been providing employments for more than 300 cadets during the last four years. All of them are carefully selected through stages of interviews to ensure STCW-95 and flag state compliances. This allows AMAS to build up a highly qualified pool of seafarers towards worldwide ship owners who have different types or sizes of vessels, such as Tanker, Bulker, General Cargo Vessels and Container Ships.
