An Indian Company registered at Mumbai on 31st December 1986 as per the Company’s Act 1956.

ASM Shipping Ltd. is an independent profit centre of the Foresight Group established over 30 years ago with associated offices in Cyprus, UAE, China and India. Main activities being shipping, offshore drilling, oil exploration, shoe retail and hospitality industries.

The Company is promoted and managed by marine professionals having adequate exposure and experience in Ship Owning, Ship Management (Technical & Crewing), Tendering.

The Company is an Associated Member of International Association of Drilling Contractors.

Flag State Documentations

We are an Authorized Filing Agent for The Republic of Liberia, Bureau of Maritime Affairs since the year 1997.

In addition, we extend our facilities to Indian and International Seafarers by assisting them with issuance of Flag State documentation for Belize, Bahamas, Panama and Cyprus.

Tendering Services

We are involved in off-shore drilling, chartering of oil rigs, tendering services and providing feasibility studies, project reports, ship and rig inspections, supervision and training.

We are engaged in providing support services for the Group’s drilling Division operating three offshore drilling rigs and provides support services to three jack up rigs under construction in China.

We worked for ONGC’s offshore contracts during 1993 to 1997 satisfactorily at Bombay High.

Crewing

We offer a wide variety of seafarers/crew for oil rigs, bulk carriers, passenger cruise liners, dry cargo ships, tanker and offshore support vessels including AHT, survey vessels, supply boats, tug boats, crew boats, etc.

We commit our service to quality improvement and customer satisfaction.

Training

Our training academy, AMTA, provides Basic STCW courses, refresher training and security training courses approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India since 2001.

The training academy also provides Rig Pass Course and Rig Familiarization Course for Beginners which are accreditated by IADC, Houston, USA.
