The strength of us be lies at the quality of our sea-going personnel which we recruited and deploying onboard. They (The Seafarers’) that we are going to assign onboard should have the same vision, mission and goals to achieve as maximum the safety operation onboard as to prevent the accidents, protection of the marine environment to prevent of any kind of pollution, good team work would achieve the working harmony, and the last but not least is fully dedicated and keep on focus to the scope of works and responsibilities in order to achieve their professional as the reliable seafarers’. Nevertheless we also aware that all of these things will only be worked and accomplished under the tight and consistent supervision from the ship management company which is represented by the master and superintendent of the respective vessel.

To keep the competency and the proficiency of our Seafarers’ we provide the Upgrading course and pre joining education prior their assignment onboard and also a thru the center of Maritime college at Semarang ( Central java ) which is recognized as THE GROWTH CENTER where the complete Simulator equipments like : ARPA , 360 degree SHS WHEELHOUSE , 90 degree SHS WHEEL HOUSE , GMDSS , GRO , FULL MISSION SHIP ENGINE CONTROL ROOM , FULL MISSION MAIN ENGINE CONSOLE , ECDIS OF SHIP HANDLING as well as the real Equipment SUCH AS MAIN ENGINE , AUX ENG ,GENERATOR , DIESEL AND LUBE OIL SEPERATOR , FRESH WATER GENERATOR, AIR COND AND PROVISIONS PLANT and Laboratories ROOM are also existing complete with competent and Professional instructor and lecture from Indonesia , and Germany which are ready to educate the students to meet the standard of qualification which are required by the Ship owner or the ship management

Our other concern is to implement the transparency management in doing the crew management services .

We have a strong commitment not and never exploit our sea going personnel by any cost which should become the responsible of the employer . By implementing and conducting also the clean business we than believed that our business will going concern for long (in accordance with MLC 2006 which has been enforced since mid of August 2012)
