It is well known that crew is the key element providing successful operation of a vessel as well as company as a whole.Our company's principal aim is to be considered as gathering & intergration of high-qualified crews for trading & special-purposed fleets DWT 3000-10000 tons.

At the present moment our company provides crewing servicesfor the South Federal Region (the Caspian, the Azov, the Black seas & Mediterranean).

"NAVYSTAR Co." was established in May 2003.
In May 2009 our company obtained new licence by Federal Immigration Control of Russian Federation.
Our company offers complete spectrum of services necessary for mutually beneficial partnership:

- crew gathering on contract basis (full management of ships regarding crew integration)
- candidate casting in accordance with demands
- arrangements of registration & crew lists in any port on the territory of the Russian Federation
- attendance of additional courses and tests on training centre basis in accordance with Company regulations
- calculations of acounting & salary payments, optimization of salary payment tax schemes
- flights, journey (to a vessel) arrangements & due reservations
- social guarantees to vessel crews

All seamen gathered by our company meet below requirements:

- they possess full set of documents demanded by last Convention Regulations
- they possess full set of documents necessary for Russian Inner Waters passage
- they have wide experience in ICSM maintenance
- they have cetificates on health conditions, systematically pass alchohol & drug testing
- have work experience on similar vessels
