We would like to introduce our Maritime Crewing Agency “Crewingcom” LLC located in Krasnodar city - near ports of Novorossiysk/ Tuapse/ Sochi/ Port Kavkaz/ Kerch (Black sea) and is managed by Captain Igor Potomolnik and Ch.Eng.Stas Kaminsky with extensive experience on different types of ships in Maritime and Offshore industries. We can provide complete crewing service which includes selection of suitable, qualified candidates for all types of vessels, pre-employment testing, calculation and payroll, visa support services, booking flights, all paper works for the crew going on Client’s vessels and supply of uniform clothing.

The company CREWINGCOM LLC. was founded in 2007 and updated in 2017 by Capt. Igor Potomolnik.

Crewing Agency has Licence (No.20118231355), required by Russian Federation for employment of seamen on any ship sailind under any Flag.

Crewing Agency certified by Russian Register to the Quality Management System Standards ISO 9001:2008. Company specializes in manning/crewing skilled, experienced and certified crew members, and to bring the most exciting marine opportunities worldwide to our candidates.

The Quality Management System is applicable to: Provision of manning services for the maritime industry, in accordance with the requirements of the International Labour Organization`s Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), as applicable to the seafarer, ships catering staff recruitment and placement services (SRPS).
