Crew Management Services

The recruiting of the crew under the Crew Management is presently undertaken by our regional offices offering owners specially selected and suitable crew. In addition we arrange for crew training ashore and onboard. For this purpose some of the vessels under our management are specially equipped for practical training for our crews. In view of the variety and different sizes of ships under our Management, we can furnish experienced first class crew for offshore vessel.

Scope of Services Technical Management

• * Provision of technical, maintenance and support services as may be necessary to maintain safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Vessel
• * Maintain regulatory compliance with flag, state, local agencies and classification society as applicable to the Vessel
• * Overseeing end client/charterer assurance processes
• * Arrange and supervise all maintenance, repairs, alterations or upkeep including the dry-docking, wet-docking, lay-up and regular refurbishment of the Vessel
• * Appoint surveyors and technical consultants as necessary
• * Arrange and supervise all necessary modifications or other changes to the vessel to ensure continued compliance with all applicable governing bodies
• * Coordinate procurement of technical spares and stores
• * Implementation of safety and quality procedures
• * Provide solutions to operational challenges
