Dido Shipping Company S.A. was established in 1985 and has since acted as the spearhead of the Dido group of companies. The Group's main activities, which include Asset Play, Ship Management and Ship Recycling, are controlled from the offices located in Piraeus, Greece while the actual ship dismantling operations take place at the recycling facilities in Aliaga, located approximately 60 kilometres north of Izmir, in Turkey. The company is staffed with a select group of professional individuals with a long and proven track record both with the company and the industry.
