We provide the Crew Manning Services, our mission is to provide high standard quality of crew to principle owners in the global scenario and to reach to the maximum Ship owners / Management throughout the world. We provide quality crew to our customers so that they can concentrate on other aspects of ship operation with ease. We manage the Human Resource Department with dedication on behalf of our customers.

We offer total crew management for all ranks, for all types of vessels and Rigs around the world. We also supply experienced Divers for any kind of work. We ensure good coordination between the Crew, Owner and Management. We select best Indian crew, which have got good reputation and demand in international market. We select crew holding Stcw-95 Convention Certificate and Valid License and are fluent in English.

The officers and crew are selected on the basis of their competency experience, good health and on their moral conduct. Under our policies only such officer /crew who fulfill IMO STCW Criteria is eligible to apply.
Personnel Ship Management ;-

Under this service we provide suitable candidates to our principals to meet their requirements. The selection of candidates is done by us taking into consideration the type of vessel, cargo carried, trade route, past experience of the candidates on similar type of vessels, etc.

The entire responsibility of the candidates right from their selection to their placement on board, victualing, officers family carriage, and their subsequent repatriation on completion of contract is undertaken by us. Pre Joining Medicals, supply of working gears, payroll processing, cash advances, remittances, candidates? ticketing, etc are handled by us.

Ship Chandling ;-

The ship chandlers business was central to the existence and the social and political dynamics of ports and their waterfront areas.

Today's chandlers deal more in goods typical for fuel-powered commercial ships, such as oil tankers, container ships, bulk carriers. They supply the crew's food, ships maintenance supplies, cleaning compounds, paint, rope, etc. The advantage of a ship's crew using a chandler is that they do not have to find stores in the town they have landed in, nor hold that local currency - assuming they are let out of the dock compound by the immigration authorities. Typically, the ship owner has a line of credit with the chandler and is billed for anything delivered to the crew of his ship. The chandler is supplied by merchants local to his location.

Ship broking and Chartering is an important part of the business and has been a rapidly developing department in the company. Being active ship agents for years we have considerably extended the range of services offered to ship owners.
