Diler Holding, consolidating with her subsidaries and affliates active in steel (carbon & alloyed) production, foreign trade, energy, shipping, port operation, mining, banking and tourism is one of the business conglomerates of Turkey, was established in 1949 with the inauguration of a rolling mill in Karab?k, in the Black Sea region of Turkey, where first blast furnace plant of the State owned iron & steel works went into operation in 1939.
In 1984, Diler Foreign Trade Inc. was established to promote group products in the international markets.
From 1985 onwards, international trading created significant growth opportunities for Diler, where production capacity in the core business - iron & steel - increased considerably and the activities of the group expanded including banking, shipping and tourism.
