Dileton Maritime S.A. was established as Ship Management Company in 1977 and under Law ’89 in 1983.

During the period 1977-93, has managed fifteen (15) vessels some of which were twin deckers and bulk

carriers. Presently is operating a fleet of high specification and well-maintained liquid product Tankers.

All departments constantly liaise with each other within a flexible framework of policies and procedures, as

Dileton Maritime S.A. implements a Safety Management System and a Plan Maintenance System that

assists to achieve its effectiveness.

The valuable experience Dileton Maritime S.A. has gained over the years, added to the perfect organization

of our Operations, Chartering, Crewing, Insurance, Accounting and Technical Department Staff, can

guarantee the highest possible quality of services.

In the new area of shipping, where quality of services matters most, Dileton Maritime S.A. is ready to respond to

the new challenge showing its professionalism and passion for excellence through the years.

We know for a fact that our Shipping profession hides inherent dangers for our Human and Sea Environment.

We recognize that Pollution of the Sea by oil is the most harmful of all hazards and therefore a very demanding

statutory system is in place to prevent it. Proof of succes is our zero pollutions claims.

Protecting the Environment and Safety of Life are the most pressing and complex issues. They are in constant

evolution, and therefore must be observed with responsibility.

FUTURE GOAL

At Dileton Maritime S.A. we believe in putting together our knowledge and experience as well as utilizing our

proficiency to meet the task of operating in an international market. It is our intentions to maintain this policy
