Dobroflot Shipping Company was established in Moscow in 1997. In order to expand the cooperation with Russian and foreign partners, Vladivostok Branch was open in 1999.
Crewmanning services provided by the Company are in full compliance with International Conventions and ISO requirements and confirmed by Certificate of Compliance annually issued by Ministry of Transportation of Russian Federation as well as by License for employing Russian citizens abroad issued by Federal Migration Service of Russia.
