D?hle Yacht Crew is the large yacht services and support group of D?hle Private Clients Limited. which provides a comprehensive range of services designed specifically for the luxury yacht industry. We are part of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, which employs over 4,800 seafarers on over 450 vessels, so we understand ships and the sea.

Our objective is not only to find the right people for the right job, but also to develop long-term relationships with employers and employees. We make a point from the very start to understand each individual’s aspirations and help them on their career path in the superyacht industry, and we seek to understand exactly what the owner and/or Captain are looking for.

We also seek to provide the services and solutions which Captains, agents and management companies require in order to manage the yacht in the most efficient manner. Our mission is to be a trusted partner providing quality services, leaving the Captain to run the vessel without the distraction of onerous administration and time consuming paperwork.

We will ensure that a prospective employee fully understands the position before we recommend them - if we believe the job will not suit them, we will not recommend it. From the owner’s and Captain’s perspective we will only recommend candidates we believe are best suited to the position.
