Full crew arrangements
DS Shipping can arrange your crew change within the Netherlands against competitive fees and costs.
This includes all arrangements for a successful crew change, like:
• arranging the Schengen transit visa upon arrival
• transportation from the airport to the vessel or hotel and v.v.
• hotel accommodation
• all necessary (immigration) documentation (Ok to board, guarantee letters, invitation letters)
We can arrange the crew change for each port in the Netherlands, but also a crew change at sea is possible.
Schengen visa arrangement
In order to join a vessel in a port of a Schengen country, DS Shipping can arrange the Schengen transit visa upon arrival. We know that applying for a Schengen transit visa is often a time-consuming procedure; however we are able to arrange such a visa upon arrival at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol or Paris within a short period of time. With the Schengen transit visa obtained at Amsterdam Airport or Paris Airport the crewmember(s) can travel to other ports in the Schengen countries to embark a vessel.
