FEMF was founded in 1997 under the name Far Eastern Maritime Fund. In 2008, the company changed its name to FEMF Limited to reflect its strategic development focus.
FEMF based in Vladivostok a reputable company in Russia duly established and licensed by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Our company provides a comprehensive range of crew manning services to cargo ship owners worldwide. Having our offices and company’s representatives in Russia, China, Hong Kong, New Zealand allows us to provide a fully integrated service to all of our customers in every major time zone especially within the Asia Pacific region.
FEMF has Quality Management System developed and implemented, which was certified by the world's leading classification & inspection authority Det Norske Veritas in compliance with the Rules for Crew Manning Offices.
