Crewing agency "Fescontract-International" (FI) was created on October, 21st, in 1991 turning into practice the concept of qualified Far-East seafarers who lost their job due to economic reforms. Being engaged in selection, training, management and crewing, sensitively reacting to requirements of the market, FI for 18 years of successful work on local and international market, became one of the crewing leaders in Russian Federation. Now are employed about 1315 seafarers who have received a constant, well paid work. FI personnel have sufficient education and experience of practical work in the sea. Seafarers employment "Fescontract-International" cooperates with two largest Maritime Universities: MSU (Maritime State University) and VMC (Vladivostok maritime College) selecting the most perspective students for the further training and employment. "Fescontract-International" considers selection and training of future seafarers' generation as priority. Seafarers' preparation "Fescontract-International" successfully implemented seafarers' professional preparation center. The license of Far Eastern Educational Department number 340 from September 28th, 2006. The centre provides modern equipment and sufficient methodology. The main purpose of training center is to increase professional knowledge of seafarers. All seafarers are certificated according to STCW. "Fescontract-International" pays special attention to English language. Every day 120 seafarers study English in 6 classes. Three-level system allows language preparation to be on a new qualified level. Additionally, FI offers professional English language for officers. After graduation seafarers are eligible to get relevant certificates. "Fescontract-InternationaI" has implemented system of constantly operating seminars for deck and engine officers. ISPS code lectures are examined since 1st of July 2004. According to requirements of our international partners' seafarers get additional education. Seafarers are educated and examined by using video equipment and modern multimedia programs. "Fescontract-International" has created educational refrigerator and electric installation courses in Far Eastern State Technical Fishing University for engineers who work on modern vessels. "Fescontract-International" (FI) number of vessels is expanding rapidly in the coming years. To cope with this increase, MOL is looking for the right seafarers with a right attitude toward work. We're looking for candidates who can adjust to the rapidly changing circumstances in the maritime world and can manage our advanced fleet, which includes bulk carriers, reefers, containerships, PCC's, tankers, wood chip carriers, and heavy lifters.
