We are also ISO 9001-2008 certified. Our fully qualified staff with the vast experience will insure that your company receives a first class service for all your crewing requirements, from seafarers’ selection, consultancy, visas, and all other issues related to crewmembers on board.

Our agency "BLASCO" LTD was founded in 2010 however all our employees having vast experience in crewing services. We currently supply crewmembers to foreign Ship Owners from Greece, U.A.E., and Israel for different types of vessels.

We are also exclusive manning agent of Mideast Ship Management ltd.

Also, in our database we have seafarers who had been previously employed in repair services in different ship yards or onboard the vessels with mixed crew. We guarantee for their professionalism and we pride ourselves with the good name among the seafarers.

Based on our vast experience and large portfolio we can supply your vessels with all ranks of Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian and Georgian Seamen. All our seamen are certified according to STCW ’95 having experience onboard the vessels sailing under convenient flags; they are both mentally and psychically strong and have a good understanding of the English language and as a result they can be successfully implemented in any international – mixed crew.
