GMT Shipping & Logistics Group

GMT Shipping Line Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of the GMT Shipping & Logistics Group and is managed from our Hong Kong headquarters.

GMT Shipping Line was launched in April 2004 as a response to an increased demand from our valued clients to cater for international tramping and steel parcel shipments. To expand from its traditional services, GMT Shipping Line Ltd. has activated new trade routes and will seek to expand into other commodities other than steel, as well as being the ship operating figurehead of the Group.

Over the years under GMT Shipping Line Ltd., the Group has fulfilled shipment contracts regularly with Brazilian mills namely Arcelor Mittal Group, Gerdau, Usiminas from Brazil to Western India and Persian Gulf. It has also fixed with EMR, Cremer, HC Trading, Viterra and operators such as Oldendorff.
