Welcome to Crewing agency Ltd “Grete”. We are a licensed company (license No. V-34) located in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration issued the permission to our company to mediate between the Ship Owners/Ship managers and the Seafarers from Lithuania and abroad, employing them on different types of vessels.

Ltd "Grete" Quality Management System has been audited by BUREAU VERITAS and certificate of "ATTESTATION OF COMPLIANCE" with requirements of "Standard for Quality Management System of Seafarer Manning Offices" and "Regulation 1.4 of the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006" has been issued.

The company is established by professionals with more than 20 years of experience in crewing, shipping and sea business, employing personnel on different types of offshore and merchant fleet vessels worldwide.

Our primary concern is to deliver safe, efficient, high quality, ethical and cost effective crewing solutions that satisfy our customers' needs.

We are aimed to build long-term, stable and reliable relationships with both customers and seafarers. Our company can supply ship-owners with experienced seafarers, for temporary and permanent contract, from one person to the whole crew, ratings and officers from Baltic States (EU), Russia, Ukraine.

In order to ensure safe, smooth and successful cooperation we offer the following services:

Selecting the candidates carefully in regards to the level of English and their experience and/or organizing interviews with the candidates upon customer request
Checking that visas and other documentation are kept up to date
Ensuring that marine qualifications are in line with the latest IMO regulations
Organizing travel to and from the ship – ensuring sufficient time for rest periods/handover onboard as required
Liaising with shipping agents to ensure a smooth handover
Booking offshore courses upon request
Securing Flag state licenses in a timely manner where required
Being on hand 24hrs to ensure that each seafarer has a point of contact in the event of a problem
