To ensure our seafarers and onshore staff maintain the high level of competence needed to carry out their duties, we have an in-house Safety, quality and Training Manager who can provide advice on both mandatory and non-statutory training, thereby enabling us to fulfil client specific ship management requirements.

Our ‘ Crew Supply & Management ‘ business model gives client required the flexibility of opting for ‘ Full Crew Management ‘ service OR only ‘ Crew Supply ‘ as required. Ship owners / Operators can also choose to Include OR Exclude any given activity covered from Crew selection – approval – placement on-board – sign off – training & certification---till re-join.

Full Crew Management : In this Process full crew of the vessel is managed by ISM team i.e. Crew selection, nomination & approval by client, arrange value added training & certification, arrange Visa + travel, Coordinate with port agents + Vessel & operator, place the crew on-board, address crew & operator concerns, manage Payroll / crew allotments, plan relievers, sign off crew on completion tenure, manage performance and get the crew ready to re-join.

Crew Supply : Under this arrangement owner / operator request nominations of a certain number of fixed ranks or crew positions as required. Owner / operator can also exclude some of the services like supply of working clothing & Safety gear, arranging flag state certificates, value added training, travel etc.
