However now is the time for expansion and we have started to offer high class marine officers for the Deck & Engine Departments of all types of ships “Ivaran Line”, “Pero Sea Line” and “Great Ship Line” are Clients of ours. CREW MANAGEMENT SERVICES As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our ship-owner clients, ensuring that each vessel we are responsible for is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings. We perform all crew-related functions including screening and selection, thorough references and documents check, assessment, long term crew planning and arrangements, training, safety familiarization, liaising with vessel re any matters.

We also take care of travel arrangements and tickets, visas, allotments, accounts and any other matters arising.

To be ready for demands on crewing during the coming cruise season in he south, we are actively looking for additional Officers and Crew to hold on file in preparation. Our current database will have priority however we are short of most grades of Chilean Engineers (111/2 , 111/3, 111/1) , especially Chief Engineers. Any Officer or Crew can refer to our web page “ISM AGENCY.cl” and fill out our application form under the “Deck and Engine” window. Suitable applicants will then be contacted but please state the numeric grade of the CoC held, on the ISM application form (IE 11/2 or 111/2 for example).
