We are crew-manning company "IVERIA BATUS" located in Batumi, Georgia.
This company was established in 2009 to provide professional and competent manning services to the Ship Owners to meet their requirements.
At present time, our database does not include a big number of seafarers, as our firm has just been established. However, we can offer to shipping companies highly qualified specialists, whose education and training are confirmed by international certificates; we are able to perform careful selection of experts for the ships. Everyone has all necessary certificates in accordance with STCW 78 / 95 Convention, IMO and ISM requirements.They are carefully selected to meet the specific requirements of the Owners. Extensive interviews and testing techniques are undertaken to ensure that we have competent, highly trained and reliable ships’ personnel. The knowledge of English and understanding is tested before assigning to a vessel.
It is important to mention, that there are Maritime Academy and Navigational Institute in Batumi, which graduate new fleet offices every year, who are keen to work and be promoted. This allows having wide net of specialists of different maritime professions available for employment.
We can provide seafarers of all ranks (the officers, sailors, motormen) for all types of vessels.
We shall be very glad to cooperate on a set of crews with all shipping companies and ship operators who find this information interested.
